Self Care in the Era of Social Distancing

For me there is something primitively soothing about this music, and it went straight to my nervous system, making me feel ten feet tall “ -Eric Clapton

Welcome to our HIDDEN Page.

Have you found quarantine to be too quiet?

Do you long for the jazzy melody of your favorite bar or club?

Maybe you’re just looking for something to drown out the extraordinary amount of noise generated by every single one of your neighbors all being home at once

Well… you can maintain your quarantine, social distancing, and your sanity by indulging in a little music therapy.

Because we here at ClinicalCovid are dedicated to support healthcare workers through this pandemic- we have arranged a special offer from Sweetwater.com. We haven’t been paid. We won’t be paid. This is just a perk for all of you.

Big thanks to Sweetwater and even a bigger thanks to ALL OF YOU!

You’re already Rock Stars!

ClinicalCovid.com & Sweetwater

This is not a paid endorsement.

I contacted my friends at Sweetwater sharing them the story of how many of you are working and may need something to take your mind off of it.

I have used Sweetwater a few times, and more than their products which is spectacular- the customer service is unbelievable. I bought a few things but they’ve answered hundreds of questions that I have had.

David Dunsire at Sweetwater stated that for my colleagues and friends fighting in this battle- he would hook you up and say “thank you”. Now that we are all at home (except when we’re in the hospital), it may be a good time to start that new musical hobby or maybe for the kids and other family members? Buy a drum set and go crazy. Buy something for your favorite healthcare person.

Have fun. Get your aggression out- you can’t go to the gym anyways…

Taking lessons with a live instructor is always best, but in advocating “Social Distancing”- this would not be advised. However, I have used Fender Play and they have easy short lessons for stringed instruments like guitar and bass.

Sorry guys, I’m trying to get a hold of the bigwigs at Fender but no response yet. However, they are having a 3 month free trial period if you’re interested.
